RELATIONSHIP OF IMPLEMENTATION MODIFICATION NURSING ROUND TO PATIENT'S SATISFACTION IN NURSING TO INPATIENT AT BHAKTI MEDICARE HOSPITALS CICURUG SUABUMI

Abstract

Introduction

Nursing round is an action carried out by nurses with patient involvement in discussing and implementing nursing care. Good quality nursing rounds will improve the quality of nursing care, improving the quality of nursing care will have an impact on increasing patient satisfaction in nursing care services. The implementation of the nursing round is useful in reducing the incidence rate, developing skills and knowledge of nurses and as a parameter of nursing care interventions. The characteristic of the nursing round is that the patient is directly involved with the aim of the patient understanding the care that will be received.

Method

This study was to determine the relationship between the implementation of modification of nursing rounds on patient satisfaction in nursing care in inpatient at Bhakti Medicare Hospitals Cicurug Sukabumi with a sample of 175 respondents. Result

There is a relationship between the variable nursing round with the variable of patient satisfaction in nursing care in inpatient at Bhakti Medicare Hospitals Cicurug Sukabumi.

Conclusion

The implementation of a good nursing round has an effect on patient satisfaction in the inpatient care of Bhakti Medicare Hospital.Development of research on the implementation of nursing rounds, and research is carried out in more specific areas (intensive care)
